Orders & Payment
Simply choose your product, select your options, and add it to your cart. When you're ready, click the cart icon and follow the secure checkout steps. You'll receive an order confirmation by email right away.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted checkout.
We process orders quickly, so if you need to make a change, contact us at support@apexmats.com within 12 hours of ordering. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be changed or cancelled.
Yes. As soon as your order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the address you provided. If you don't see it, please check your spam or promotions folder.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. After that, estimated delivery is 5 to 12 business days within the United States. Delivery times may vary slightly due to carrier or seasonal delays.
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order. We also run free shipping promotions from time to time, so keep an eye out!
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use our Track Your Order page to follow your package at any time.
At this time we ship within the United States. We're working on expanding to more countries soon, so stay tuned.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused and in its original packaging.
Email us at support@apexmats.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect (in which case we'll cover it).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund is processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Products
Our mats and covers are designed to fit most standard vehicles. Check the product description for fit details, and if you're unsure, reach out and we'll be glad to help.
Most of our mats and covers can be wiped down with a damp cloth or rinsed with water. Let them dry fully before placing them back in your vehicle.
If your item arrives defective or damaged, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace it or issue a refund. Your satisfaction is our priority.
