Refund policy

At ApexCarMats, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date your order is delivered.


1. Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return. After 30 days, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags and accessories included
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items damaged through misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked at checkout)

3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@apexcarmats.com with:

  1. Your order number
  2. The reason for the return
  3. Photos of the product (required for damaged or defective items)

Once approved, we will email you the return shipping address and instructions. Please do not ship items back without first requesting a return authorization — unauthorized returns may not be processed.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: ApexCarMats covers all return shipping costs and we will send you a prepaid return label.
  • Change of mind, wrong size, or other non-defect reasons: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. ApexCarMats is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether the refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your card issuer or bank, it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email support@apexcarmats.com.

For size or style changes, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund after the timeframe above:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company — processing time varies
  3. Contact your bank — there is often processing time before a refund posts
  4. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact support@apexcarmats.com

8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase at no charge. After 12 hours, your order may have already entered processing and cannot be canceled. In that case, the standard return process applies once you receive the item.
